Because pets vary in body shape and proportions, measurements should be checked before ordering.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After you submit an order, you may receive an order confirmation email.

PawCarli currently ships to customers in the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing time is based on Eastern Time (ET), United States.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays generally begin processing on the next business day.

Standard transit time is generally 3–7 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is generally 4–10 business days, consisting of processing time plus transit time.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

The 30-day return period begins on the delivery date shown by the applicable carrier.

Products generally must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free from stains, odors, damage, or other signs of use
• Returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable

Pet clothing that has been worn by a pet, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used may not qualify for a return.

You must contact service@pawcarli.com before sending any return.

Do not send a return to our company address without receiving return approval and instructions.

For eligible returns due to preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or similar reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, PawCarli will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
