These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pawcarli.com (the “Website”) and purchases made through the Website. The Website is operated by CARLI SICHER QC INC. under the brand name PawCarli. In these Terms, “PawCarli,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CARLI SICHER QC INC.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please review them before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

We may update Website content, features, or services when reasonably necessary. Any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and will not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, images, materials, sizes, colors, and other relevant details.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, or photography conditions. Such variations do not change the product's stated specifications.

Product availability may change. The availability shown on the Website and during checkout should be reviewed before completing a purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you regarding cancellation and any applicable refund.

We do not intend product descriptions or images to misrepresent a product's characteristics, contents, or intended use. If you have questions about a product, please contact us before ordering.

3. Product Sizes and Measurements

Measurements and size information are provided to help customers select suitable products. Minor variations may occur when measurements are taken manually.

Please review the size chart and product details before placing an order. Customers are responsible for selecting the size that best meets their needs based on the information provided on the Website.

If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, please contact us so we can review the issue under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Prices, Discounts, and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Website are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices and promotional information. Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change. The price and any applicable shipping charges shown at checkout before payment is completed will apply to your order, subject to correction of a genuine and obvious pricing error as permitted by law.

If we identify a genuine pricing error before fulfillment, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price. If you do not agree, or if the order cannot be fulfilled at the displayed price, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received for it.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed at checkout when required or applicable.

5. Orders and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate contact, shipping, and payment information.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when PawCarli confirms acceptance through the Website, an order confirmation, or another appropriate communication. An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted if further review is required.

We may need to review an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate order information, product unavailability, or a genuine pricing error. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the unfulfilled order, as applicable.

If only part of an order can be fulfilled, we will communicate the available options before making any material change to the order.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Your payment may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

PawCarli currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders are shipped from within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Processing normally takes place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Our standard order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. Orders placed by the cut-off time are generally considered for processing that business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are generally considered for processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping rates are based on the order subtotal:

• Order subtotal under $49: $6.99 USD

• Order subtotal of $49 or more: Free standard shipping

• Estimated transit time after processing: 3–7 business days

The estimated total delivery time is generally 4–10 business days, including processing and transit time. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been shipped, carrier tracking information may be provided when available. Carrier tracking updates and delivery scans are managed by the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days from the date the carrier's tracking information shows the order as delivered. Customers must contact us within this period to request a return.

Before sending any item back, contact service@pawcarli.com and wait for return instructions. Do not send items to an address that has not been provided or approved by PawCarli.

Returned products should generally be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by original tags, packaging, and accessories where applicable. Pet clothing should not have been worn by the pet. Items that have been washed, altered, damaged, or used after delivery may not qualify for a return, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For non-defective returns, including change of mind, customer preference, incorrect size selection, or an item ordered incorrectly by the customer, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, subject to applicable law and the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product or packaging to help assess the request.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, or as otherwise required by applicable law. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details and reviewing your order before completing payment.

If you notice an error in your order information, please contact service@pawcarli.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with corrections before an order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing or shipment has begun.

You are responsible for using products according to the product information and any instructions provided with them. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, page designs, and other materials, is owned by or used by PawCarli with appropriate rights or authorization.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights that apply to you.
